About Us
Bill Wiseman and Co. was founded in 1980 by retired Marine Master Sergeant William Wiseman. Following Bill’s retirement as one of the top military gunsmiths, he was encouraged by several of the leading ammunition manufactures to apply his substantial gunsmith talents to barrel making, and in particular the manufacture of test barrels.
